THE JOB:

The On-Call Special Events Representative plays a crucial role in supporting various casino events, including slot tournaments, VIP ticketing, and promotional activities. This position involves assisting with event setup, providing exceptional guest service, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth event operations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist with event setup, including organizing supplies, loyalty gift distribution, slot tournaments and execution of special events

  • Provide outstanding guest service by sharing information about the casino, events, and local area

  • Manage administrative tasks such as supply inventory, maintaining office equipment, and preparing event materials

  • Organize, assemble, and distribute event materials including promotional gifts, credentials, and decor

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • A flexible and adaptable professional A team-oriented professional with a positive demeanor, friendly personality, and guest-focused attitude who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Is comfortable with lifting and moving boxes to assist with event setup and breakdown

  • A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational abilities who is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and has a proactive approach to guest resolutions and problem-solving

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$25.50

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
