THE JOB: As an Assistant Beverage Manager at New York New York, you will be responsible for supporting the Beverage Managers in overseeing daily operations of our lounges and beverage outlets. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory, and upholding safety and quality standards. You will assist with staff training and contribute to delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence. THE DAY TO DAY: Oversee designated operations across various beverage outlets, aligning with the department's strategic goals and vision for excellence Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division Offer guidance and support to beverage staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal team performance Advise management on daily operational challenges, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and service.
