Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Repair Specialist in Shepherdsville, KY! Opportunities to make more if you complete 20 barrels in a day, every one completed after 20 will be $10 per barrel) Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM As a Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and rebuilding barrels by replacing staves, heads, and hoops using hand tools and equipment. Tasks include compressing staves, shaping and aligning new staves, cutting grooves, replacing and tightening hoops, and addressing leaks with caulking or wooden plugs. Additional duties may involve rebuilding entire barrels, constructing new ones, or operating machines to compress barrel shells for assembly. We are seeking motivated individuals with a hard work ethic. This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
