Do you have experience as a quality control manager or project manager in a Manufacturing environment? Are you a natural-born leader with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach? Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced Quality Control Project Manager in Ariton, AL, for a metal fabrication company. The candidate selected will manage and direct all work activities and resources for departments, in accordance with cost, quality, and schedule. Pay: $16+ per hour (Negotiable/Based on experience) 1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM Monday-Thursday; 7 AM - 4 PM Friday; Opportunities for overtime on Saturday (Voluntary) Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) as a quality control manager or project manager in Manufacturing, proficiency in MS Office, in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards, ability to analyze blueprints/specifications, excellent math abilities, working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods, ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
