Manufacturing Operator

• Coordinate the setup of mixing equipment based on batch records, ensuring timely production and product quality, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on mixing equipment, documenting required repairs and ensuring functionality.
• Identify and monitor critical control points in the mixing area, ensuring proper function and flow of product.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, charts, and documentation related to mixing operations.
• Communicate with the warehouse, process operators, and supervisors about delays or issues that impact product flow.
• Oversee the mixing operation, ensuring proper ingredient staging and quality checks, including receiving and managing tanker deliveries.
• Direct the transfer of batched products to storage, assist with sampling for the quality department, and provide team coverage as needed.
