Position Summary:

The Process Improvement Manager will oversee the processing of Fleet and Care+ for Business warranty claims, as well as working seamlessly with all teams involved in the exchange and repair processes. They will work with the legal team on warranty policies and ensure compliance with industry standards. They will make recommendations and create process improvements on the Fleet warranty program, SC+B program and the current repair operations currently owned by the CSD organization. They will analyze and report on warranty SLA's and provide trends and inform on potential issues. They will create weekly, monthly and yearly reports on exchange and repair for Fleet customers. They will also manage the Fleet and B2B warranty databases to maintain accurate records and integrity of the data. They will address and resolve warranty queries, complaints, and issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA), to maintain high customer satisfaction, ensure first in class customer satisfaction with Fleet and the SC+B warranty service. They will serve as the primary liaison for Authorized Service Centers (ASC) with vendors managing Care+ for Business extended warranty claims, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues and provide ongoing training and guidance to team members on warranty offerings. They will also lead any projects that require work with internal teams to either migrate, optimize, update any legacy systems that interact with the SC+B or repair programs.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing fleet experience or leading a fleet service program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to converse with multiple levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to multitask and to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project preferred but not required.
  • Broad knowledge of service and warranty principles.
  • Ability to perform in a team environment and collaborate with multiple groups.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Service Now, Servify and other ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and can manipulate raw data and converted it into charts, tables and/or other meaningful graphics.
  • Ability to work independently with clients and partners.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work with multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Information Technology environments and its processes.
  • Strong business acumen, logical problem solving, technical knowledge, and high attention to detail to understand complex issues and workflow systems.
  • Ability to process high volumes of data to identify the key points and summarize complex issues for decision making and executive escalations.
  • Capable working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve project deliverables and complete assignment within established timeframes.
  • Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-pace, results-driven environment, and situations where quick execution is critical.


Working Conditions:



  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
  • All candidates must be able to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 80% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
  • The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds.
  • Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include Mobile Devices, PC's, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area.
  • May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Will need to consistently demonstrate a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
