Pasteurizer Operator

Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Pasteurizer Operator in Saint Martinville, LA for a food manufacturing company that uses time-honored, traditional family recipes and the finest spices and peppers for their seasonings. If you have 2+ years of direct experience with a Pasteurizer or industrial cooking equipment, we encourage you to apply today!

Pay: $15 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with a possible half day on Saturday (5:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

As a Pasteurizer Operator, you will operate and monitor pasteurization equipment, control temperature and pressure, perform regular checks and tests, handle routine maintenance, maintain accurate records, and follow strict safety protocols and sanitation standards. You will also collaborate with production teams and identify opportunities for process improvement. The candidate selected will be working in a hot environment.

Requirements: 2+ years of direct experience with a Pasteurizer or industrial cooking equipment and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 35 pounds.
