Primary Work Location Monument Health Corporate HeadquartersDepartment CS PR/MarketingScheduled Weekly Hours 40Job Summary Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the Patient Experience Director implements patient experience activities to create a positive, proactive patient and family experience. Responsible for leading and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care and overall experience for Monument Health patients and their loved ones. You will play a vital role in cultivating a culture of exceptional service across our health system and instilling a sense of warmth and compassion throughout the organization.The Patient Experience Director provides leadership in the implementation of tactics for patient experience. Additional Requirements Required: Education - Bachelor's degree in relevant field Experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience ((preferably in a patient experience leadership role) Physical Requirements:Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
