Impact you will make

As an Analyst, Business Operations, you will be working with a group of highly talented and motivated colleagues with significant healthcare experience who strive for operational excellence with a customer driven operational model. You will be utilizing enterprise standard processes with clearly defined paths for escalations and ownership to mitigate and resolve problems. This critical role and its responsibilities are aligned with business operations and technology organization to meet the needs and expectations of our customers. What you will do



  • Develop expert knowledge of the product lifecycle for Insurance Discovery
  • Create and maintain Operational Reporting for multiple areas of the product life cycle
  • Become a subject matter expert on our payment identification process
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality of data received from internal or external clients and drive business decisions to enhance the identification for increased recoveries and revenue
  • Innovate new ways to monitor internal mappings, data file issues, and current inventory
  • Assist in the creation of revenue expectation predictive analytics and opportunity analysis for current invoicing cycle
  • Work with product on design, implementation, and UAT for payment identification and invoicing
  • Summarize and present high-level analysis for mid-level management and executive leadership
  • Assist in the development of other analysts on the team and enable them to be successful in their responsibilities by coaching and mentoring



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a data analysis, data analytics, data analyst, or business intelligence role
  • Hands-on experience using SQL creating or modifying stored procedure scripts
  • Proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables, charts, and functions
  • The ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects at any one time
  • Proven experience with high-level analysis projects and able to present results to technical and non-technical stake holders
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to question the "Status Quo"; we want individuals to challenge our assumptions about the business



What we would like to see



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, or Statistics
  • T-SQL experience
  • Experience within Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Technology
  • Experience using Tableau and/or Power BI
