Weston is seeking a Client Program Manager for our construction/renovation program to lead all aspects of winning and building a Federal Program focused on infrastructure and construction/renovation services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other DoD clients. The Client Program Manager is the lead individual responsible for developing clients and securing contracts for Design/Design-Build Construction/Renovation projects, to ensure corporate strategic goals and objectives are met. The Client Program Manager leads the Weston capture and proposal efforts for opportunities and manages project execution teams to achieve scope, profitability, quality, and safety goals. Primary Areas of Responsibility (AOR) include the eastern US (USACE South Atlantic, Great Lakes and Ohio River, and North Atlantic Divisions).

Location: Remote, East of the Mississippi River

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • BS (STEM preferred) plus 15 years' experience (Project, program, technical experience preferred)
  • Experience demonstrating a progressive increase in supervisory accountability and authority for projects, programs, people, budgets.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager for USACE or other DoD executing agencies delivering design, construction, and/or design-build services within the AOR.
  • Master's degree and Professional Registration and/or Certifications preferred.
  • Security clearance or ability to achieve security clearance is preferred but not required.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Leads identification and capture of Federal contract vehicles to deliver construction/renovation services, primarily in secured environments, to our key clients
  • Identifies, develops, and closes on new sales opportunities to achieve individual, team and organizations sales objectives. Forecasts expected sales to Company for development and monitoring of objectives.
  • Develops and maintains a strong client relationship. Keeps the client abreast of new developments and changes in the scope and/or timetable of the program
  • Understands Weston's capabilities and markets those capabilities to the client organization
  • Understands Clients emerging needs and projects
  • Responsible for the final quality and delivery of the program, including programmatic schedules, status reports, etc. to manage and communicate to the client the successful execution of the construction program.
  • Contributes to maintaining WESTON's reputation by ensuring professional, technical, and ethical standards are upheld by all program staff in dealing with clients, agencies, and subcontractors
  • Working with others in Weston, develops and writes proposals and presentations to clients
  • Forecasts client needs and emerging issues, and communicates those to the Company to ensure we are prepared to respond to them

Salary Range: $112,200 - $149,600 - $187,000
