Speech Therapist

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
• Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
• 100% travel to the patients home to provide care.
• Full time days 40 hours per week.
• Monday-Friday.
• This is a pediatric SLP position.
• We are looking for experienced pediatric speech therapist.
• The territory will be:
  

  * City of Cleveland, Garfield, Shaker Hts., Euclid, Richmond Hts., Cleveland Hts., Mayfield Hts., Beachwood, Pepper Pike Lyndhurst, University Hts., South Euclid, Bedford, Solon, Maple Hts., Twinsburg, Hudson, Chagrin Falls, Macedonia, Northfield and Pennisula.

  
  

Sign-on Bonus: This position is eligible for a $6000 sign-on bonus to eligible candidates. Eligible candidates must be newly hired to UH and have at least 1yr of pediatric speech therapist experience.

University Hospitals is offering a $6,000 sign on bonus, minus applicable taxes, for designated regular full-time pediatric speech therapist positions to experienced pediatric speech therapist (1 years or more) hired externally.

Internal Applicants are not eligible for the sign on bonus.
