About the Role

Impact you will make

The Data Support Analyst fills a critical role ensuring the smooth flow of data between FinThrive and customer data systems. By streamlining data collection, validation, and integration, data intake analysts enable automation. This leads to improved productivity, reduced manual effort, and increased customer value. Leverage Data analytics expertise to drive product improvement ideas, help troubleshoot issues and monitor performance.

What you will do



  • Conduct adhoc analysis for customers and internal team for data related issues


  • Perform data analysis and provide meaningful insights to drive product innovation as well as data research
  • Work closely with product and development teams to recommend improvements that will reduce support cost and enhance customer experience
  • Develop, maintain and monitor Tableau/PowerBI dashboards to track product performance
  • Develop and maintain KPI and performance metrics for business performance monitoring
  • Work in a very fast - paced environment and ensure quick turnaround for client requests, data items, etc.
  • Responsible for file mapping, data ingestion and data accuracy for new product developments



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience with Data Analysis
  • 2+ years strong SQL Skills in Corporate setting
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis skills
  • Strong Tableau and PowerBI skills
  • Creativity and analytical aptitude with the ability to understand complex business practices
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision
  • Travel required: Minimal (a couple of times a year)



What we would like to see



  • Experience with process diagram and flowchart (MS Visio, Draw IO, etc.)
  • 1+ years' experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
  • 1+ years' experience with SaaS based company
