You will own the direction and success of this product portfolio. Influence the evolution of government reimbursement solutions by bringing innovative ideas and products to market. Lead the charge in delivering products that have a measurable impact on the healthcare industry, making a difference for providers and the patients they serve. What you will do
- Own, develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for FinThrive's Government Reimbursements portfolio, including Medicare Bad Debt (MBD), Medicare Disproportionate Share (DSH), Worksheet S-10/Uncompensated Care Analytics (UCA), Transfer DRG (TDRG), and Medicare IME/GME (Shadow billing)
- Manage a team of product owners to drive roadmap strategy and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that address customer needs
- Act as the voice of the customer by conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and gathering feedback to continuously refine the portfolio's value proposition
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with evolving government reimbursement policies
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization
- Serve as a thought leader, providing expertise and insights into government reimbursement trends to support internal teams and external customers
What you will bring
- 5+ years product management experience in the healthcare and ideally government reimbursements space
- 2+ years managing direct reports
- Deep understanding of government reimbursement programs, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations, payment methodologies, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership capabilities, including ability to mentor and inspire team members to achieve ambitious goals
- Experience managing multiple products and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies, including Agile
- Strong technical skills. SQL proficiency is a must
- Travel required: Minimal
