Job Summary

The Product Data Analyst Intern will support cross-functional processes and data compliance for the Master Data Office (MDO). This role involves assisting with defining, coordinating, and overseeing master data process improvements within the business.

Primary Duties

* Develop knowledge of product data systems and processes.

* Identify and/or implement process improvements.

* Create and maintain process documentation.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

* Support product information management systems.

* Design and create data reports.

* Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits.

* Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience

* Must be currently enrolled in a college/university bachelor's program in Business Management, IT, or a related field;Prefer a 3rd year student

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.

* Basic understanding of data analysis and business data analysis.

* Familiarity with managing large volumes of data and ensuring data quality.

* Knowledge of master data management strategies and best practices is a plus.

* Basic knowledge of reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects) and databases (e.g., SQL).

* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.

Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
