JOB SUMMARY The VP of Engineering for Testing, Certification, & Operational Readiness (TCOR) will oversee a team of network and systems engineers, software developers, and testers focused on completing product and technology certifications, testing, preparing and validating that all solutions are ready for production use by various Operations organizations. This role is responsible for driving technical innovation and operational excellence in scaled network solutions, delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure products to enhance the customer experience. Delivers product roadmaps and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects in alignment with strategic company objectives. Fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, maintains a robust engineering process, and leads cross-functional efforts to enhance product performance, reliability, and security. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related engineering or technology field PREFERRED EDUCATION Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related engineering or technology field REQUIRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
