JOB SCOPE Responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Release and Fallout Management team. This team is responsible for the release and defect tracking for all Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) across the Charter footprint. Responsible for coordinating, tracking, and reporting on numerous product launches, over 30 million CPE upgrades per year, over 200 platform upgrades per year, and all defects associated with CPE. This team is fast paced, highly visible, and crucial to the overall success of the business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
