Overview

R&P is seeking a Contracts Management Data Analyst to support the modernization of our customer's most advanced surface combatants. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients.



Responsibilities

* Support the Configuration Change Manager in processing of request contract changes, condition found reports, and authorized work items

* Manage and monitor the change budget

* Provide routine reports on the current change status

* Support production team with condition found report development and production analysis

* Develop and maintain weekly and quarterly production reports and presentations

* Proactively identify issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel required

* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of people

* Experience with DoD contracts preferred

* Familiarity with working in a shipyard preferred

* Active Secret Clearance is required
