Overview R&P is seeking a Contracts Management Data Analyst to support the modernization of our customer's most advanced surface combatants. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. Responsibilities * Support the Configuration Change Manager in processing of request contract changes, condition found reports, and authorized work items * Manage and monitor the change budget * Provide routine reports on the current change status * Support production team with condition found report development and production analysis * Develop and maintain weekly and quarterly production reports and presentations * Proactively identify issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution Qualifications * Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. * Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel required * Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of people * Experience with DoD contracts preferred * Familiarity with working in a shipyard preferred * Active Secret Clearance is required EEO Statement R&P Technologies provides equal opportunity for all persons and prohibits discrimination in employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), veteran or marital status, or any other factor prohibited by law.
