Tracked Vehicle Product Manager - Production The Domestic Tracked Product Manager - Production is a leadership position with direct reports that is responsible for providing training/development, organization, direction and guidance to the employees responsible for execution of one of our legacy vehicle productions. The portfolio consists of current domestic vehicle platform production support, problem report burndown, and engineering RCCA efforts for design issues impacting production (manufacturing, SCM and sustainment. In support of this portfolio, the selected candidate will lead and manage a team of engineers that operate in roles of product managers, project leads, chief/deputy chief engineers and IPT leads. This manager must have strong job knowledge and working relationships within manufacturing, SCM, and quality. The manager and his/her team will interface directly and work regularly with the internal PMO and other process centers.
