Responsibilities to Anticipate for this Role
This role's primary responsibility is system administration and ongoing configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- Modules include Performance and Goals, Compensation and Learning.
- Support implementation of Succession module and any other future platform improvements.
- Point of Contact for companywide reporting requirements from SAP SuccessFactors.
- Interpret business needs and design custom reports and dashboards.
- Support various management reports and metrics.
Secondary responsibilities include supporting other HRIS systems such as applicant tracking, people management, and other tools. In addition, responsibilities may include the following:
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical system support for assigned platforms, including resolution of issues.
- Support data imports and exports for assignedplatforms andassist with security androle-basedpermission administration.
- Conduct and coordinate testing new update patches and/or new releases for HRIS Platforms.
- Support data integrity by assisting in data generation for audits.
- Develop employee resource guides and provide platform training.
- Document and maintain system adminprocedures.
- Collaborate with IT and HR on technology initiatives to develop short & long term HRIS roadmaps.
- Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications Sought
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS Systems experience.
- Strong functional knowledge and experience configuring the SAP SuccessFactors platform, with Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, and Succession modules preferred.
- Knowledge of Jobvite Applicant Tracking System desired.
- PeopleSoft HRM experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to collaborate with users across the organization with varying skill levels.
- Strong HR acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and willingness to take initiative.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required and ability to create queries in various HR platforms.
- Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities while accomplishing detailed work with accuracy.
- Proficient in working on multiple projects concurrently; managing own priorities while working cross functionally to consistently deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
- Must handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Must be available to occasionally work weekends, holidays and overtime as dictated by the needs of the business.
