Healthcare recruiting is a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales career. You'll spend your days talking with healthcare professionals across the country, building relationships, finding out what motivates them, overcoming objections and helping them choose their next travel assignment. If you've been successful in sales, hospitality, customer service, athletics, fundraising, recruiting or another competitive environment, your skills can translate extremely well here. You don't need healthcare staffing experience. We can teach healthcare staffing. What You'll Actually Do Healthcare recruiting is about building relationships and ultimately earning someone's business. You will: Prospect and connect with healthcare professionals across the country Make outbound calls, send texts and emails and consistently follow up with candidates Build your own pipeline of healthcare professionals Learn what motivates each candidate professionally and personally Match healthcare professionals with travel and contract opportunities Sell the value of opportunities and working with Prime Time Healthcare Navigate objections around pay, location, timing and competing offers Negotiate and explain pay packages and assignment details Ask for commitments and move candidates through the recruiting process Stay in contact with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments Generate referrals and build long-term relationships Partner with account management, credentialing, payroll and other teams Manage your pipeline and recruiting activity Work toward weekly, monthly and quarterly performance goals This is a role where consistent activity matters. Backgrounds That Can Translate Well You may have experience in: Inside or outside sales Business development Recruiting or staffing Hospitality Serving or bartending Retail sales Fitness or membership sales Automotive sales Wireless or technology sales Customer service Fundraising Athletics or other competitive environments Healthcare staffing experience is helpful, but it is not required.
