As a per diem, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLCPharmacy Technician at Forest View Hospital,you'll assist in various pharmacy activities, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and other duties not requiring the review of a pharmacist.The majority of tasks and responsibilities are related to preparing, dispensing, and distributing medications.Other duties include maintaining patient records, and setting up, packaging, and labeling of medication doses.You will perform job duties under minimal supervision within pharmacy standards, written procedures and guidelines, and state regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for the accurate completion of daily activities and the follow through of tasks to ensure completion.

Schedule:This position will work up to 19 hours per week, providing coverage "as needed". This position will help cover weekend hours between 7:30am-3:00pm, in addition to vacation and holidays.

Starting Pay: $16 - $20 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).

About the Facility: Forest View Hospital, a Joint Commission accredited facility, has been a leader in the delivery of Behavioral Health Care Services for over 35 years providing individualized treatment for a broad range of psychiatric disorders in a small private setting. In addition, individuals throughout the United States seek treatment at Forest View due to expertise in the treatment of psychological trauma and eating disorders. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified pharmacy technician with MI licensure
• At least 1 year of prior experience as a pharmacy technician (hospital experience preferred)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• HepB3 Series(or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• COVID Vaccine-Full
