Field Service Representative - Dissolved Air Flotation

As a Dispatchable Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing commissioning, operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for customers in a variety of locations. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies but will primarily specialize in dissolved air flotation and clarification. In this role, you will...

• Safely and successfully provide technical direction and inspections for rebuild projects and extended scope projects, including chemical dosing, clarification and dissolved air flotation, primarily in North America
• Verify that installation is as per Veolia's drawings
• Commission equipment: this includes mixers, valves, air compressors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Asist clients with optimizing clarifiers and DAFs
• Complete detailed controls testing to ensure the system is functioning as per design
• Assist client with initial plant operation, as well as trainclient operators on plant operation
• Meet with the client and Veolia to communicate schedule and address issues as necessary
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Install/replace and/or supervise the replacement of proposed equipment
• Install, monitor, maintain and calibrate chemical injection systems
• Carry out process, mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certificationand 2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Previous water and/or wastewater treatment experience
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography
• Ability to gain and maintain access to customersites as assigned
• Valid driver's license
