Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• An associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience

Experience

• 3 years of mechanical/electrical experience within critical facilities
• Previous experience installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting large commercial and industrial systems

Skillset/Certifications

• A valid Universal EPA & driver's license
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Work Order system
• Possess or the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Develop approaches to minimize cost, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies.
• Maintain MOPs for existing/new processes.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure the functionality of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Conduct diagnostic tests on systems.
• Safely use hand or power tools.
• Operate, monitor, and respond to conditions in the facility.
• Work with contractors, consultants, and electrical technicians.
• Maintain health and safety policies.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $38 - $45 per hour
