Our Company Are you passionate about designing mobile apps and games that captivate users and keep them coming back? Adobe is seeking a Senior Product Engagement Manager to shape the future of a new mobile app/game within the Emerging Business Org. This role is pivotal in creating the most engaging creative tools for our users, with a focus on drawing, play, and the innovative use of generative AI. You'll blend the strategic mindset of a growth product manager with the creative vision of a UX designer, driving repeat engagement, gamification, and social participation. By understanding the psychology of play, creativity, and learning, you'll craft experiences that are seamless, rewarding, and deeply immersive. Your decisions will be backed by data-driven insights, leveraging A/B testing and user research to optimize the engagement loops and retention strategies that keep users inspired and returning again and again.
