Responsibilities This position is pivotal in supporting the Technical Leadership team of the Enterprise Collections Center of Excellence (ECCOE) in leading technical operations within the Collections Operations department. It requires a deep understanding of the technical systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to upholding the highest donor care, safety, and compliance standards. * Ensure adherence to all quality measures in place at NYBC Enterprises Collections Operations. * Trains Collections team members based on operational needs. Experience:
Must Have: A car, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule. Any combination of education, training, and expertise equivalent to the requirements above that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the job's essential functions. For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $69,000.00p/yr. to $79,000.00p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. Unless otherwise specified, all posted opportunities are located in the New York or Greater Tri-State office locations. |
