We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to work remote-nationwide to help support our Global Order Operations team with the preferred location being MO. A Brief Overview Leads a team of resources to accelerate maturation of Category Management team:
- Demonstrates passion, innovation and agility while delivering exceptional results, serving as role model
- Provides leadership and guidance to drive evolution of team towards an enterprise support model
- Delivers coaching, training and development to new and current staff
- Drives appropriate level of expectations for team performance
- Implements process improvements that enable productivity gains and value creation
Defines KPI targets and routinely measures performance of team and individuals Spearheads the sourcing aspects of the supplier lifecycle:
- Develops framework to apply data driven decision making to procurement planning process
- Drives development of ongoing strategy to extract maximum value from supplier base
- Arms negotiators and internal decision makers with relevant information to execute sourcing strategy
- Oversees the establishment and maintenance of policies to direct transactional purchasing activity
Champions strategic planning and sourcing pipeline development with internal stakeholders:
- Acts as the leadership-level point of contact for strategic planning and coordination
- Oversees the development of sourcing targets in accordance with business roadmaps
- Routinely reviews pipeline with internal business leaders and coordinates engagement across other phases of supplier lifecycle
Communicates effectively to drive cross-functional collaboration:
- Builds relationships with disparate groups of business owners with distinct supplier requirements
- Communicates regularly with internal stakeholders to evaluate procurement needs, develop negotiation strategy, and facilitate vendor selection process
- Summarizes and effectively tells the story of savings and efficiency opportunities
- Frames messaging appropriately for consumption by applicable audience (front line members of business all the way to senior leadership)

- Distributes workload of team and monitors performance against established objectives and key results
- Emphasizes the continued development of direct reports, challenging and enabling them to grow professionally
Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Business required or Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field required
Work Experience A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Other Work Experience Requires at least 5 years of prior experience in sourcing or related role Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversight Prior experience of successfully managing direct reports preferred
Travel Requirements Up to 10% of the time Domestic and International Travel

Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWTs requirements. Ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on needs of the department.
