Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in JavaScript CSS HTML Database and SQL PHP and Drupal - Symphony 2. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP.
• Oversee the integration of database systems and ensure efficient SQL queries for optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in implementing Drupal
• Symphony 2.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
• Ensure the security and scalability of web applications to handle increasing user demands.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Mentor junior developers and provide training to enhance their technical skills.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical skills in JavaScript CSS HTML Database and SQL PHP and Drupal
• Symphony 2.
• Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
• Should have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
• Must have experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Should have a strong understanding of web application security and scalability.
• Must be able to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Should have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Should have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
