What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Process Development in Le Sueur, MN.

The Senior Manager Process Development is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive innovation, process efficiency, and continuous improvement in ingredient processing and manufacturing for US and Canada. This role provides expert guidance, governance, and project management leadership to ensure successful process optimization, new product commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Work closely with Executive Leadership, R&D, Operations, Engineering, and Quality.
• Play a critical role in shaping technical strategies that enhance product quality, production efficiency, and business profitability.
• Serve as a key influencer, providing strategic insights, operational improvement roadmaps, and execution oversight, ensuring that process development initiatives align with the company's long-term goals.
• Project management responsibilities, overseeing multiple process development projects, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, and resource optimization while fostering a results-driven, science-based, and proactive culture.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or R&D within the food, dairy, or ingredient industry required.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and overseeing large-scale projects required.
• Strong background in process optimization, new product commercialization, and regulatory compliance required.
• Experience in project management, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
