HHMI's endowment comprises a diverse portfolio, including investments in public equity funds, growth equity and buyout funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, real assets and direct co-investments. Summary: The Operational Due Diligence Analyst will be part of HHMI's investment team, supporting the management of its endowment. This role focuses on business and operational due diligence (ODD) across a diverse portfolio. The analyst will assist in evaluating prospective and existing investment managers, conducting operational due diligence across all asset classes, and contributing to investment decision-making and oversight. This role reports to the Director of Investment Operations and follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in person at HHMI's headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD, and two days remote. Compensation Range $94,931.20 (minimum) - $118,664.00 (midpoint) - $154,263.20 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal consistency when making job offers.
