Job Summary
The Head of Global Pricing for BioMarin will lead a team of pricingexperts utilizing their collective expertise in pricing analytics, healthcare systems,innovative pricing models and international pricing regulations to develop and govern Global pricing strategies. The Head of Global Pricing will work in collaboration with our Global Access Leads, US Leads and other internal Commercial business partners and in alignment with our company's global access and corporate objectives.The selected candidate will support the implementation of such strategies by Country Access Teams. The role will be crucial in driving our mission to make life-changing therapies accessible to patients worldwide at prices that represent their value appropriately and that enable us to develop future groundbreaking medicines.

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 232,000 to $ 348,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. |
