Treasury Analyst

Largest manufacturer of leading provider of external buildings products company in North America. This is a corporate function position located in our Houston TX office or Cary NC headquarters

This position requires the confidence and experience to comfortably interact with all levels of employees, in a positive and professional manner. Position requires coverage on banking days, which might include overlap on Company holiday. The successful candidate will be expected to possess a strong command of cash management, finance and information technology. Be extremely detail orientated, a self-starter with strong organizational, follow-up and time management skills. Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects with competing deadlines. A proven track record of this, and a background that includes treasury, banking, accounting (or finance) and information technology will set the successful candidate apart from the others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Determine daily cash position and maintain reports to reflect transactions and data trends for short term cash.
• Initiate cash transfers, maintain documentation for accounting, audit, tax or other departments.
• Handle various clerical duties required in Treasury.
• Maintain treasury document archives in Docuware by loading and indexing files
• Review and validate banking exceptions daily
• Maintain user rights on bank platforms or other treasury systems, including annual audits with Bank.
• Analyze bank monthly fees and work with banks or operations as needed to reduce costs
• Deposit non-trade receipts
• Research cash flows, transactions and provide documentation
• Assist users in expense report system as a backup
• FBAR reporting (Foreign Bank Account Report) Annual Data collection
• Prepare reporting and analysis on cash fluctuations and alert to any unexpected deviations
• Ensure procedures are in compliance with SOX guidelines, policies and approval limits
• Maintain bank account structure and correspondence. Handle any change process
• Build strong relationship between treasury and other departments for coordinated information and activity
• Design, develop and implement regular and ad-hoc analysis or reports as directed
• Collaborate with other departments (audit, tax, shared services, risk management) to streamline and integrate company-wide processes across the organization
• Run monthly Treasury close reports such as Wire and ACH Payment reports for Audit sample testing

• Degree in Finance, accounting,
• CCM or CTP preferred.
• 4 plusyears of experience, preferably in treasury or payment analyst role, experience in banking systems or payment ERP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
• Relates well with people, builds repport, listens effectively.
• No travel is required for this position.
• Organized and ability to handle multiple deliverables and adhere to deadline and schedules
