Key Responsibilities
Expected to manage up to two teams engineering teams. Manage team and projects to expected organizational and Suite-level metrics. Implement and manage to strict adherence of organizational and suite-level delivery methodologies and metrics. Lead a diverse team of both development and quality assurance engineers to deliver high quality software that exceeds customer expectations. Contribute to the development and review of innovative, scalable technical designs and cost-effective solutions that exceed customer expectations. Mobilize and motivate your teams to respond to business-driven priorities, leveraging your leadership skills to overcome delivery challenges. Align with business and technical leadership on strategic objectives. Translate and implement strategic-driven objectives at the team and project levels. Enable successful onboarding and training of new hires. Engage with Product leaders in continual grooming of the product roadmap. Help drive organizational change from the Technology and Hub Solutions spaces Minimal travel for onsite meetings and conferences expected. Implement strong understanding of Specialty Drug and Hub Services domains to empower insights on how CMM products service our clients and customers. Facilitate a healthy, innovative, self-empowered work environment for your team that attracts and retains top talent. Promote and champion continuous improvement that adopts best practices. Communicate complex topics to a diverse audience, including business leaders and customers. Facilitate necessary cross-functional communication, getting the right people together at the right times to make decisions that keep your team effective. Enable and nurture collaborative, adaptive working relationships with business partners who may not be versed in modern software development processes. Have a pivotal and ownership role in the end-to-end delivery of a product, overseeing its progression from ideation to development to launch. This involves strong influential skills with your team and Product partners to accomplish objectives. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Critical Skills:
9+ years of experience working in an IT environment. 5+ years of experience developing software solutions. 2+ years of experience of being a contributing leader/manageron technical teams. 3+ years of experience working in agile processes. Direct experience with architecture and design.
Preferred Skills
Microservice and event-driven architecture experience is a plus. Exposure to Ruby, C#, ReactJS, Typescript Experience working in Cloud PaaS (Microsoft Azure preferred) Innovative mindset that can balance scope, resources, and schedule towards successful product delivery. Experience working on HIPAA compliant projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in people leadership skills. Proven ability to drive activities to closure while pursuing excellence. Knowledge of industry trends and standards in system design and development
