The Opportunity

Adobe Content and Creator Monetization team (part of Adobe Stock) is expanding its scope by sourcing and processing diverse, high-impact content for various use-cases around AI/ML training. This role is at the center of the action, bringing together many cross-functional teams that are part of this effort to deliver value. This is an opportunity for a passionate program leader who would support e2e operations around content delivery along with driving key engineering improvements from development to execution.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional program management skills and is able to work in a fast faced environment. Should have the aptitude to resolve dependencies, mitigates risk, work to clear obstacles, and accurately communicate progress against plan. This role will require to work closely with various cross-functional teams like finance, legal, procurement, operations, business development, product and many engineering teams both inside of Adobe CCM Content team and with our partners across Adobe.

What you'll Do
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations by driving various functions, including budget management and process optimizations.

  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

  • Constantly identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows and establish framework to replicate and scale the solutions. Be an evangelist of change.

  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering regarding product definition, content requirements, project timeline, feature scope, commitments, and project-related decisions.

  • Establish success measures and build project plan. Collaborate with senior management to define and coordinate the strategic execution of multiple projects under direct ownership.

  • Use a high-level understanding of technical concepts to make decisions, influence and drive cross-team and cross-BU projects, initiatives and roadmaps.

  • Efficiently handle change and risk, collaborating with your colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time.

  • Ensure appropriate communication occurs, and that plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect changes in goals and requirements.

  • Facilitate communication across project or product. Identify and resolve miscommunication across the team and tailor the content and delivery of communication to the target audience.

  • Autonomously lead multiple projects. Set own priorities and balances time between critical short-term issues with longer strategic goals!

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years in business operations, program management in software, SaaS and/or related industries required.

  • Experience bringing about operational excellence through process improvement.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Strong communication, listening, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Experience working with non-technical and engineering teams, with previous experience of helping them deliver against a backlog.

  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions for projects.

  • Take personal ownership and accountability for ensuring that the projects complete and meet defined success criteria.

  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade and encourage others.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field is required.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,300 -- $228,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
