*Role: *QA Analyst | 100% remote with occasional travel to Fort Wayne, IN | 6mo contract to hire | $60-70/hr contract. Conversion salary based on experience and will include client benefits and employee package. *Must have skills:* * QA experience, Test Cases, UAT * Oracle *Description* 6 month contract to hire, must be willing to come on site as needed 2 - 4 times a year for Go-Lives and other important initiatives. Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance and Testing Lead to oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle ERP from PeopleSoft, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with our existing healthcare software systems, including Epic EMR. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency during the transition. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing protocols for Enterprise systems, including Epic EMR and Oracle ERP. Develop and maintain QA protocols used across Information Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise system tools with existing healthcare software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Oversee testing and validation of enterprise applications to ensure seamless operation and compliance. Develop and implement QA strategies and lead cross-functional teams to conduct integration testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain accurate and efficient test workflows and scripts. Train Information Services staff on QA protocols. Develop testing automation scripting with Eggplant or other similar applications. Expertise in Quality Assurance and Testing, including automated testing tools like Eggplant. Strong understanding of enterprise system integration, particularly ERP systems like Oracle and healthcare software systems like Epic EMR. Proficiency in scripting and automation for test workflows. *Skills* Quality assurance, Software quality assurance, Automated testing, oracle, Requirement gathering, erp, epic *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to address process requirements and solve complex issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical teams, leaders, and end users. Must be available and accessible 24/7/365. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $100.00/hr.
