Description Onsite position required onsite 5 days a week Location: Franklin, Massachusetts, United States Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm As a Lab Support Engineer 2, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the infrastructure in a datacenter lab environment. This includes deploying new equipment, troubleshooting basic problems, helping our engineering partners configure their servers and many other tasks. You will be working with the latest servers and switches and learning the newest technologies. You will work alongside other members of our team to provide excellent service to the engineers who are using the hardware in our datacenter so they can accomplish their goals as quickly as possible. You will: * Provide general client/server and networking support for the configuration and maintenance of the engineering solutions for the lab computing environment * Be responsible for ensuring proper deployment of servers, networking switches, storage arrays and software; troubleshoot issues that arise * Assist in the maintenance and automation of the datacenter environment as needed and ensure that any issues are identified and resolved * Maintain a working knowledge of all documented procedures * Replace system hardware by following documented processes Skills server support, network support, dell servers, data center Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
