Primary Responsibilities:

• Production, publishing and distribution of scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational content relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
• Presentation of information for operational and business planning, all while adapting to change quickly

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in all functional areas of the Revenue Cycle
• Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
• Experience with public speaking and presenting data to key leadership stakeholders
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office Application software knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
• Proven excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret key performance metric objectives
• Proven ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schematic form
• Proven ability to be flexible and organized and to react to ever changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
