Job Summary As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will work closely with NetApp's top executives and cross-functional initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-impact projects and strategic decision-making processes at a fast-growing IT company. You will also have the chance to work on AI-driven projects and help operationalize AI solutions for large organizations. Job Requirements Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Support establishing project guardrails and KPIs to capture progress and value of AI projects and contribute to visualizing updates to C-Staff. Analyze data and compute returns on AI projects that impact productivity, customer experience, quality, and response times. Work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to structure complex problems, drive alignment, and implement strategic projects. Approach challenging questions with rigor, quickly gain understanding of new topics, and structure problem statements and solutions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA with a strong interest in strategy, operations, and AI. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to quickly dive deep into new topics and create frameworks to solve complex problems. Demonstrated project management experience with a strong presence in front of senior executives, comfortable in both business and technical discussions. A passion for understanding the fundamental drivers of business success and competitive advantage. Experience with AI projects or technology-driven initiatives is a plus. Compensation: Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
