The Video Strategy and Operations team creates operational systems to support and enable Video teams, provides insights through consolidated reporting, and serves as liaisons with both internal and external stakeholders. The role will support the Video organization through data analysis and modeling, operational process improvement, conducting strategic assessments to optimize our workforce, and leading employee engagement initiatives to create a rewarding team culture. We're seeking candidates who balance a strong background in data analysis with a proven ability to drive human-centric strategic initiatives.

As a Lead Strategy Analyst, you'll be a change agent who supports the implementation of strategic vision from inception to fruition, identifies business needs, and creates strategic assessments and proposals.

WHAT OUR LEAD STRATEGY ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Plan and implement the review of existing/new operational strategies, analyses and models simultaneously.
  • Proactively analyze models for data-driven strategy recommendations and communicate results in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships across the organization to gain support and increase speed of execution of new strategies.
  • Participate in consulting sessions with company management.
  • Prepare strategic content and supporting details for all relevant meetings, including presentations, and final reports.
  • Drive global solutions by ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the Video Strategy & Operations team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 1+ year of consulting and/or Business Analysis experience and/or as a leader on a strategic program
    • 7+ years of leading Strategy Engagements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise discretion.
    • Proven knowledge of strategy reporting, strategy enhancements and other ad hoc analytics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
    • Strong foundation in reporting, data mining, and predictive modeling.
    • Strong understanding of telecommunications industry and the products and services offered.
  • Abilities:
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
    • Ability to step back and contribute to insight development and creative ideation.
    • Ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios.
    • Ability to identify issues of a complex nature and effectively resolve.
  • Schedule:
    • Full time
    • Office environment
    • This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of consulting, financial analysis, and/or project management experience
    • 2+ years of leading workforce-related engagements and/or prior experience in chief of staff role
  • Skills:
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency creating Tableau workflows and dashboards

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
