Primary Purpose

The B2B Marketing Manager will help support our B2B digital marketing discipline. This role will make a meaningful impact through a multidisciplinary approach that drives awareness and demand for our solutions along with enabling our growth teams. This person will have a strong background in B2B digital marketing, content development, project management, and cross-team collaboration.

This is a remote position available in the United States.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing and Sales Enablement
    • Working directly with content developers to create powerful thought leadership across a variety of formats including blog articles, eBooks, webinars, and reports.
    • Supporting the development of various sales and marketing collateral: including sales sheets, presentations, and video scripts
    • Working with internal team members and external stakeholders on new marketing resources, impact reports, and case studies, including conducting interviews
    • Supporting in ABM campaign execution
  • Digital Marketing
    • Developing and executing email campaigns, tracking performance and outcomes
    • Supporting in publishing blogs and other collateral on website
    • Setting up website forms and monitoring Google Analytics tracking
    • Ensuring proper tracking across Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and Salesforce/Pardot
  • Events
    • Managing deadlines and deliverables associated with events
    • Developing and sending collateral/booth supplies, content development, handling speaker requests, team event coordination, managing all orders and shipments
    • Identifying new speaking and exhibition opportunities
  • PR
    • Supporting in PR and external brand awareness initiatives, including social media highlighting
  • CRM Management
    • Maintaining EdAssist database of contacts and data hygiene of audiences
    • Identify new addressable segments and segmentation within CRM
    • Monitoring Salesforce reports and campaign performance
    • Ensure proper tracking on campaign performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Marketing or related degree - Required
  • 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with experience in sales enablement
  • 3 years of experience developing B2B marketing content across a variety of formats (i.e. blog articles, reports, eBooks, webinars, sales collateral)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce/Pardot), digital advertising, email marketing and SEO
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, strong project management skills

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $84,000-$93,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
