As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in improving business performance with the goal of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency for the SPS and SureFit organizations. This role will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing sales productivity, managing projects, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Your Impact
Minimum Qualifications
- B.A. /B.S. in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration or another related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years operational experience in a multi-site business
- Minimum 5 years field or multi-site management experience
- Master's degree or MBA preferred

- Strong knowledge of the Orthotics and Prosthetics business, healthcare regulations and reimbursement issues

- Ability to develop and execute business plans
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
