The 2025 ATSG Summer Internship Program is a structured 10-week initiative designed to provide college students with hands-on experience across ATSG and its subsidiary companies. Interns will work within their assigned subsidiaries while benefiting from ATSG's overarching structure, resources, and program events. About This Internship

The IT Intern at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) will gain hands-on experience in desktop support, software upgrades, and IT infrastructure management. ATSG is a leading provider of air cargo transportation and related services, and its IT department plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's technological efficiency. This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, offering opportunities to work directly with IT professionals on system upgrades, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide desktop support, assisting employees with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Support Windows operating system upgrades, including Windows 11 implementation
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Office products
  • Work with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of computer systems and user support services


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Office products, and Windows operating systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment


Preferred Skills & Experience



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with desktop support, system upgrades, or IT troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment and enterprise software environments
