The 2025 ATSG Summer Internship Program is a structured 10-week initiative designed to provide college students with hands-on experience across ATSG and its subsidiary companies. While some positions may be listed under specific ATSG business units, all internships are part of our company-wide program, offering a unified experience that includes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Interns will work within their assigned subsidiaries while benefiting from ATSG's overarching structure, resources, and program events. About This Internship

The Flight Training Services Administrative Intern at Airborne Training Services, Inc. (ATS) will gain hands-on experience supporting training program administration, curriculum development, and operational efficiency. ATS, a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), specializes in flight training and simulator operations for aviation professionals. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing Business Management or a related field to develop key skills in training program organization, policy documentation, and learning management systems while working alongside experienced aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in revising courseware materials, including PowerPoint presentations, manuals, job aids, and checklists

* Support the creation of policy and procedure documents for various training roles within ATS

* Learn and analyze training scheduling systems and pilot scheduling processes

* Assist the CAM Director of Flight Operations in optimizing training and operational workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Pro

* Strong organizational and document management skills

* Ability to analyze and improve administrative processes

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Aviation Management

* Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or training documentation

* Interest in aviation operations and flight training administration

* Location: Wilmington, OH

* Duration: May 27th - August 1st, 2025

* Housing: Available for eligible interns
