Office Manager and Special Event Coordinator - Office of Mission & Ministry Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation's capital. The Office Manager and Special Event Coordinator provides essential support to this mission by maintaining offices that are welcoming to diverse guests and supportive of colleagues, by supporting department and religious events that engage the larger campus community, and by providing executive-level administrative support to department leaders and by providing essential organizational support to a vibrant department. Work Interactions Reporting to the Assistant Director for Inter-religious Engagement, the Office Manager and Special Event Coordinator provides direct support to the Director of Campus Ministry and Managing Director, and works in close collaboration with Campus Ministry's chaplains and staff across campuses. They supervise a team of approximately six student employees; interacts frequently with students, alumni, donors, prospective families and other guests; and serves as primary point of contact for other University departments and external vendors. Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $21.16 - $35.29 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
