Location: EA Orlando, United States FRANCHISE STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT AT ELECTRONIC ARTS: The Sr. Manager of Franchise Strategy & Management for Madden NFL plays a crucial role in partnering with product, marketing, and commercial teams to execute a comprehensive franchise business plan. We ask that you have both business and creativity to connect different inputs and translate them into actionable strategies. You can define opportunities for consumer engagement and growth through target audiences, player/fan motivations, and trends. Then deliver a unified strategy in collaboration with accountable teams to make interconnected strategic decisions that delight our players. OVERVIEW: You will oversee "the entire field" and connect long-term strategy to go-to-market activity. Reporting to the Director of Franchise Strategy & Management: Madden NFL + College Football, the Sr. Manager will help develop and execute strategies aimed at expanding Madden NFL's market share and enhancing consumer engagement.
