Job Summary:

The Envision Marketing & Creative Team provides creative direction/services and marketing support for our internal teams, sectors and external customers in areas such as: Graphic Design, Account Refreshes, Video & Photography, Marketing Campaigns, Brand & Logo Design, Label Solutions, Print Resources, Event & Trade Show Design, Publication Design, Environmental Graphics, Social Media and App Design.
We are seeking a highly creative and professional Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also a self-starter capable of independently managing multiple projects with firm deadlines. This role is perfect for someone who flourishes in a creative setting and values precision, deadlines, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and user interfaces
  • Integrate various media formats including text, images, video, audio, into cohesive marketing and designs
  • Develop innovative PowerPoint presentations, interactive PDFs, and provide website design support
  • Efficiently utilize video templates or create original designs using program assets and imagery
  • Display exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure consistency and quality, proofing of all work before submission
  • Work both as part of a team and independently, selecting the best course of action under pressure
  • Prepare rough drafts and present creative concepts to creative team leadership
  • Communicate professionally with external vendors, partners, printers, and colleagues
  • Manipulate photography to produce realistic photo mockups of existing spaces
  • Maintain digital files in Dropbox, adhering to set guidelines and file naming conventions
  • Incorporate constructive feedback to refine and improve designs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a design firm or a creative team environment (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong portfolio of digital work examples is required
  • Residency in the Charlotte area with the ability to work from the corporate office
  • Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects is a plus
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with motion graphics and photography is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and appropriate use of design programs for various tasks
  • Keen eye for design aesthetics and unwavering attention to detail
  • Receptive to feedback, leveraging it to elevate designs and enhance skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for design and pride in delivering exceptional work
