SR Windows Admin with Active Directory- Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory Admin and Windows Server Admin. This role requires a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams for infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and security measures.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement infrastructure projects.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of the IT infrastructure to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes procedures and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to IT staff on infrastructure-related topics.
• Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for IT infrastructure.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related services.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Active Directory Admin and Windows Server Admin.
• Should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure design and implementation.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Should have experience with infrastructure security best practices.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Must have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Should have experience with infrastructure monitoring and optimization tools.
• Must be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Should have experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

The annual salary for this position is between $[115,000 - 125,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
