Pay: $90,000/yr - $110,000/yr

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree and Society for Human Resource Management certification.

Job Duties:



  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and control all operations activities.
  • Actively participate in the development of goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Implement and annually update the compensation program.
  • Rewrite job descriptions as necessary.
  • Coordinate the hourly performance evaluation program and make revisions as needed.
  • Craft, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook on these policies.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, non-exempt, and temporary workers.
