JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Readiness Institute at Penn State is seeking a skilled and dedicated Program Appreciative Inquiry Analyst to join our team. This role involves collecting and analyzing data and completing a formal program appreciative inquiry to evaluate the strengths, potential, and challenges of our project. The findings will be shared with partners and the RK Mellon Foundation to facilitate learning and improvement. This position is located at the Franco Harris Pittsburgh Center at Penn State in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics); a Master's degree is preferred. This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances: CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
