About Toppan Merrill The Enterprise Risk Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating organization-wide and subject matter specific responses to client inquiries, primarily related to the company's security and risk management, including questionnaires, ad hoc questions and audits. This role will also be responsible for various risk and compliance related department projects, initiatives and tasks as assigned. Success in this role will be dependent upon being highly organized, utilizing strong pro-active and reactive communications skills, prioritizing and meeting deadlines, building positive relationships, and collaborating with subject matter experts across Toppan Merrill's business areas and shared services. Professional and timely communication is crucial to the success of this role. Responses to inquiries should be initially prepared by the person in this role using a repository of historical answers and by the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The responses should then be reviewed and affirmed by the person in this role prior to responding to the requestor to ensure accuracy and consistency, and to present Toppan Merrill positively. Responsibilities will also include tracking, storing, and maintaining typical questions and Toppan Merrill's standard responses in the repository. Tasks and Required Skills include:
