Service Project Manager

TDIndustries is currently seeking a dynamic Service Project Manager to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. The Project Manager advises, consults and coordinates service projects such as developing the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team. This person will be responsible for developing assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.

Accountable for overseeing the timely and budget-conscious completion of high-quality projects. Ensures efficient processing and integration of scope/change orders.
• Actively collaborates with clients to comprehensively grasp and define their project needs.
• Reviews plans, specifications, submittals and other contract documents to create a job plan for the successful completion of assigned projects.
• Provides regular detailed reporting and metrics to upper management on existing projects that provides periodic status and end of contract cost and budget
• Conducts pre-job planning with proper parties, ensures all action items are completed. Develops and keeps all project schedules current.
• Establishes and executes subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and
• Represents TDIndustries and project details in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
• Communicates all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely
• Assembles the estimate for the project and reviews with field supervisor, effective manpower planning for future projects, including direction of specialty subcontractors.
• Prepares and submits monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract
• Manages conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or
• Identifies and develops policies and procedures for continuous aggressive
• Visits job sites or onsite offices, performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract
• Responsible for keeping the Warranty Log up to date

Minimum experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Education preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is preferred, or equivalent experience in the field.
